The short version. We design and build your website for free. If you like it, you pay $49 a month for hosting and upkeep, with a six month minimum. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. From month 7 you can cancel any time and take the site with you. Everything below is the same deal, written out.

Acceptance

By using priebebridge.com, requesting a website build, or paying for hosting, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request a build.

If you and Priebe Bridge sign a separate written Website Services Agreement, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these Terms.

What we do

Priebe Bridge designs, builds and hosts websites for independent US-based service businesses — excavation, fencing, hauling, septic, concrete and related trades. We also recommend third-party software tools, some of which are affiliate partners; that side of the business is described under Affiliate relationships below and in our FTC Disclosure.

The build is free

There is no build fee and no setup fee. We collect your details and photos, design one or more sites for you to choose from, and show you the finished work before you owe us anything. Revisions are part of the build.

If you do not like what we build, you walk away and you owe nothing. We do not invoice for design time, revisions, or a build you decline.

If you already have a website, we build the new one alongside it. Nothing on your existing site is switched over or taken down until you tell us to.

Hosting and upkeep — $49 a month

If you accept a design, hosting and upkeep is $49 per month. That covers hosting, your domain renewal, and ongoing upkeep: if something breaks we fix it, and if you want a photo swapped or a service added you tell us and we do it.

Our standard rate for this service is $100 per month. Your rate stays at $49 per month for as long as your service is continuous. If your service lapses and you restart later, the then-current rate applies.

“Upkeep” means routine content edits and maintenance of the site we built. It does not include building additional sites, e-commerce, custom applications, paid advertising, or a full redesign. We will quote that work separately, in writing, before doing it.

The billing schedule, accepted payment methods, and what happens if a payment fails are set out in your Website Services Agreement. We will always tell you before a site is affected by a missed payment.

The six month minimum, and what happens after

Hosting and upkeep carries a six month minimum term, starting from your first monthly payment.

Nothing happens automatically at the end of the six months. From month 7 the service continues month to month and you may cancel at any time.

To cancel, email team@priebebridge.com. Cancellation inside the six month minimum is handled under your Website Services Agreement, which sets out what is owed for the remainder of the term.

Your domain

Your domain is registered in your name and remains your property regardless of anything else in these Terms. If you do not already have a domain, we buy one for you, in your name, as part of the free build.

While your service is active we renew the domain as part of the $49. If your service ends, the domain is still yours; renewing it becomes your responsibility, and we will transfer or release control of it to you on request.

Ownership of the site

From month 7 the website we built is yours. If you cancel from month 7 onward, you may take the site with you.

Before month 7, Priebe Bridge retains ownership of the site files. You keep everything you supplied — your photos, your text, your logo, your reviews — at all times.

In practice that means we hand over the built site files in a form you can host elsewhere. The delivery format and timing, and any help moving it to a new host, are set out in your Website Services Agreement.

What you supply

You provide the photos, business details, service list and reviews we build the site from. By sending them to us you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, and you grant Priebe Bridge permission to use them for the purpose of building, hosting and maintaining your site.

We rely on what you tell us. We do not independently verify licenses, certifications, insurance, service areas or claims that appear on your site, and you are responsible for the accuracy of that content.

Showing your site in our work

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, you grant Priebe Bridge permission to show your finished website — its design, screenshots, and a link or framed preview of it — as an example of our work on priebebridge.com and in our marketing.

This permission covers the website we built. It does not extend to your own job photographs, logo or other materials as standalone assets, which stay yours and are used only within the site preview itself. You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing team@priebebridge.com, and we will remove your site from our examples.

Timing

Builds typically take a few days from the point we have your photos and details, sometimes the same day. Those are estimates and not guarantees; the schedule depends in large part on how quickly we receive what we need from you.

What we do not do

We are not a marketing agency, a financial advisor, or a law firm. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, phone calls, or revenue. A website is one input into a business and we cannot control the rest.

Acceptable use

We will not build or host a site that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, that misrepresents licensing or credentials, or that we reasonably believe is being used to deceive customers. If a site crosses that line we may suspend or terminate the service, and we will tell you why.

Third-party services

Your site depends on services we do not own, including hosting, domain registration, email delivery and analytics providers. We choose them carefully and we are responsible for keeping your site running, but we are not liable for outages, price changes or policy changes on their side. Affiliate relationships

Separately from the website service, we recommend third-party software tools. Some are affiliate partners and may pay us a commission when you sign up through our links. We are not a reseller; you contract and pay those vendors directly. We disclose these relationships in our FTC Disclosure, and we will tell you when a non-affiliate option is the better fit. Affiliate commissions never change the price of your website service.

Intellectual property

The Priebe Bridge name, logo, and the content of this site are ours. Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners. Your business name, logo and content remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Priebe Bridge’s total liability for any claim arising from this site, a free build, or the hosting service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. If you have paid us nothing, that amount is zero, which is the trade you make for a free build. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

SMS messaging program terms

Program name: Priebe Bridge Website Build Updates. If you give Priebe Bridge your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, you consent to receive text messages from Priebe Bridge about the website you asked us to build. Messages include build progress updates, requests for the photos or business details we need to finish your site, links to review your site, review call scheduling, and one to one replies from your account manager. Some of these messages are sent using automated technology.

Message frequency varies, usually 3 to 8 messages per build. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email team@priebebridge.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or lead generators at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, where Priebe Bridge is based, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts of that state.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the business or the law changes. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the current version. If a change materially affects an active hosting customer, we will tell you before it takes effect.
